March 28, 2001 - Contact North/Contact Nord Will Represent Ontario at a Summit of Presidents of the World Leading Open and Distance Education Institutions in Germany - On April 2, 2001, Principals and Chief Executive Officeers of the world leading open and distance education institutions will be gathering in Neuss, Germany, for an International Council for Open and Distance Education's (ICDE) Standing Conference of Presidents (SCOP) summit.
