Our high
quality videoconferencing Network offers comprehensive on-site
support services throughout Northern Ontario and additional
facilities are available through our partners.
Conference rooms are available with a full range of videoconference
facilities in 26 locations providing a comfortable, private
meeting space to work with others in distant locations.
Our
teleconference services are even more widely available. We have meeting
facilities in over 100 communities throughout Northern
Ontario, and if there are only one or two participants at a given
location, they can join a teleconference from any phone
located any place.
Video
or teleconferences can be scheduled for any time, any day – 7
days a week, 24 hours a day.
Once we have
created an individualized client profile, established clients can
enjoy cost reductions for pre-purchased blocks of Network services
and the added convenience of our Express Booking service.

Upon
verification of centre availability, Contact North/Contact Nord
will forward a Confirmation Contract. A returned
contract with authorized signature reserves the service as per
contract details.
Fees
The cost of
a videoconference or teleconference session includes rental of
facility, long distance telecommunications costs, administrative
scheduling fee, optional services and any applicable taxes.
Cancellations
Notice of a
cancellation should be faxed as soon as known to the
attention of Business Development Secretary at 705 525-0136.
Please Note:
An administration fee will be charged if a videoconference or
teleconference is
cancelled less than 24 hours (Monday to Friday) before its
scheduled time and date.
