Contract for Services - Upon verification of availability, Contact North Conferencing Services will forward a Confirmation Contract for your signature confirming the reservation.

Fees - The cost of a conference includes long distance costs, administrative scheduling fee, optional services and any applicable taxes.

Cancellations - Notice of a cancellation should be faxed as soon as known to the attention of Contact North Conferencing Services at (705) 525-0136.

Cancellation Fee - An administration fee will be charged if a conference is cancelled less than 24 hours (Monday to Friday) before its scheduled time and date.
